Storja Animalta is an animated TV series that focuses on different aspects of Maltese history and cultural heritage. Each episode provides the viewer with a self-contained narrative focused on a particular character, group of people or historical period.

Supplementary information is shown to complement the story and explain the context of each episode further. The viewers are taken on a journey through the ages in a chronological sequence. This is intended to help viewers build a foundation upon which to understand the most important events and characters of Maltese history. The aim is not to provide a historical treatise on the subject but rather to pique the interest of young and old viewers alike and entice them to learn more about the rich heritage of the Maltese Islands.

Storja Animalta will be aired on ONE TV in Autumn of 2019.
